  1. We deliver Pickles next day for the orders received before 23:59 hours (11:59 PM) of previous day.
  2. Pay Cash on Delivery during ordering the product
  3. Client can choose delivery day from the available dates given in the cart details page.
  4. To deliver quality product we take limited orders and served as first come first serve basis.
  5. There are no charts to study or extra costs to add on most shipments. Our delivered prices include shipping and handling cost 1kg £2 for additional £1. We delivered only inside London City.
  6. Change of mind is not eligible for cancelling any order, usually we do not accept order cancellation. Before going to place the order, please make sure that you are desiring to purchase it. You can cancel the order 24 hours before last time of order for a particular day i.e. 23:59 hours of day before last day of order. Rescheduling of orders also possible within same time frame. Cancelled orders will result in a 10% deduction whereas rescheduling the order will have none.
  7. If you believe that the product you received is damaged or defective, report it to us immediately during delivered, and our team will gladly assist you in starting a claim for replacement/refund.
  8. If you are failed to receive your order on time Dotlines Foods UK will not be responsible for any damage in product.
  9. Received product are not acceptable for return or refund.
  10. If failed to serve any order, Dotlines Foods UK will return full amount within 10 working days of receiving the claim.
